Just in case you haven't been around me for the past week and a half, my debut novel, Fight, has now been published. I am extremely excited that it is done, completed, finished, and every other word that sums it up. It has been a long process to get it published. Ironically, of the four years, writing it was the short part - only taking me around 6-8 months.
Despite the long route, it is finally out there for the world to see. It is a pretty dark and violent book, but one that is very fun to read. It zooms by with its quick and choppy style. It is also a bit innovative without the inclusion of dialogue tags, like "he said" and "she said."
It has received numerous comparisons to the graphic novel, Sin City, including the editors at Archway Publishing. The twists and turns this book takes are really fun and leave you wondering what could possibly happen next and who, out of everyone, will survive.
